Executive Officer

Steve Stark, is an Air Force Retired Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, Gulf War Veteran and son of a highly decorated Vietnam Veteran, joined the VVI Board of Directors in January 2000.  

Since retiring form the Air Force in May 2000, Steve dedicates his time to serving the VVI as our Executive Officer and Webmaster. The World Wide Web is in an explosive position and the technology grows everyday. Steve helps us keep up!

At his retirement ceremony, Steve said " Today, I will remove this uniform for possibly the last time.  That I can adjust to, but I will never forget why I served this country.  The flag of the United States will always wave in my heart and my eyes."  That statement was the best way he could summarize his military service and life.

Steve spends his retirement days traveling the country teaching Internet Development and Web Security skills for a variety of public and private corporations. He is also available for Network Penetration and Vulnerability testing. He currently holds a Bachelors Of Science, in Computer Science, from the University of Maryland and also holds the following certifications: MCSE, MCT, MCSA, MCP+I, CEH.
